The solitary but highly efficient hitman Leon (Jean Reno) teams up with his neighbour, 12 year old Mathilda (Nathalie Portman), after her family was wiped out in a mafia hit. He is supposed to show her the ropes of "cleaning" so she can have her revenge on bent cop Stansfield (Gary Oldman) who is behind the hit.

Thrilling Action/Crime classic from Luc Besson in an extended version. The extra scenes make the relationship between Leon and Mathilda deeper, some of which will feel uncomfortable to modern audiences.
