Miles Morales and Gwen Stacy are doing more or less well as the Spider-People of the respective dimension. But when a portal opens in a museum, Gwen becomes aware both of a multidimensional threat and the taskforce of Spiders from all the corners of the Multiverse fighting it.

But being a Spider never works without tragedy and so some tough decisions have to be made.

This film, much like the one preceeding it, stands head and shoulders above most of the "regular" Marvel films. There are some common themes but the visual style alone, which references comic books as well as Indian and Renaissance art, justifies seeing this on the big screen.
