A film of two halves, one set in a rural hospital and the other in a modern medical center in Bangkok. But both parts contain similar stories, characters and even shots. But as the circumstances differ, so does the outcome. There is love, rejection, dreaming and some playing, and ultimately it is a story of return and variation.
