Clever ginger cat Maurice and his gang of sentient (and very educated) rats have a good thing going, "infesting" a town and then getting the inhabitants to pay for the Pied Piper to "free" them of the rats. But when they come to Bad Bluntz, things are odd: All the food is missing and yet, there are no local rats.
