Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street
Tim Burton adapts the stage musical about a homicidal barber and a lady making exceedingly good pies starring, would you believe it, Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham Carter.
The barber Sweeney Todd (Johnny Depp) sets up shop again in the town. But he has murder on his mind, and while he plots his revenge against the judge (Alan Rickman)who stole his wife and caused his social downfall, he slits a few throats and has his landlady (Helena Bonham Carter) turn the corpses into meat pies.
