In August 2015 director and Maidan activist Oleg Sentsov was sentenced to 20 years in prison. He was accused of planning attacks on bridges, power lines, and a Lenin memorial as the head of a right-wing anti-Russian terrorist movement. Sentsov denies this. Director Alskold Kurov tries to find out the truth behind the political show trial and documents the international solidarity expressed by filmmakers like Agnieszka Holland, Ken Loach, and Pedro Almodóvar.
