PAREEKSHA is based on the life story of a poor students' tutor, but tells more about the moral test a father (HOTEL SALVATION star Adil Hussain) has to undergo.

For seven years Buchchi (Adil Hussain) has been taking students to and from the Sapphire International School school on his bicycle rickshaw. Since his son Bulbul (Shubham) is a very good student, he hopes for a better future for him and is willing to do everything possible to be able to send him to a private school.
