Lotfi (Nidhal Saadi) has built a successful life in France – he is the keeper of a household supply store and is expecting a baby with his beautiful French wife. When he receives a call from his brother in Tunisia, he finds himself thrown back into a life he had hoped long past. Completely disorganised, he has to take care of his autistic son Youssef (Idryss Kharroubi), whom he had not contacted in seven years. The child is suffering due to loss of his mother and refuses any interaction. Torn between machoism and his ambition to build a relationship with his son, Lofti reinvents himself as a father and a person.
