Dietmar (Wolfgang Packhäuser) has spent half his life in a Berlin apartment. The new owner wants to renovate it now. The other tenants have already moved out, but Dietmar refuses to. Construction work is about to begin, the electricity and water supplies are cut off – sleazy real estate broker Franke (Moritz Heidelbach) tries every trick in the book to get the man out of the apartment. Dietmar‘s son Tobias (Matthias Ziesing), who plays an important role in Franke‘s plans, catches wind of this. When the three of them meet each other in the apartment, the situation escalates.

Gregor Erler‘s directorial debut is an impressive, merciless genre film.
